After the staff at South Perth Helloworld took ages to get back to me, and then only to tell me they weren’t doing any bookings because of the border closing, I came here.Deanne was very helpful. She listened to what I wanted and worked hard to look at the available options for my travel plans made all the more complicated by the shifting of goalposts. She was really great with communicating changes and updates and looking into the fine print, liaising with the airlines on my behalf as well as looking up government requirements for my destinations.I was able to fulfill my travel plans and achieve what I wanted despite the many bureaucratic obstacles thrown in my flight path. This would not have been possible without Deanne’s expertise and assistance.
